Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking and Payments for services cannot be cancelled. Please see details for specific services

The user will not be able to cancel a pooja booking. Booking is done directly to the temples and they are subject to the cancellation policy of the temples. However, we are happy to talk to the customer about other steps or changes in the booking and to do what is necessary for the customer's satisfaction. Cancellation of pooja shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to support@upazaka.com Mail shall contain following details:-

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable, including fees and other charges.Cancellations can be made 48 hrs or more before the Puja events. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hrs of the event, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for Pujas.(Refunds will not be provided for Poojas Cancelled on that particular day during that muhurth time due to any reason from the devotees side.)

Issues while paying online

In cases where a devotee made the payment and money got debited from the devotee account, but the transaction didn’t complete and/or devotee didn’t receive any mails, the money will be refunded in 4-5 working days.

After Puja completion

Each temple will update the devotee via app history page or sms of the status. Prasadam/offerings will be sent to devotees if requested and paid for. Once the pooja is done, we will not be able to postpone, refund or cancel under any circumstances.
